Frequently Asked Questions
♦ How quickly will I get my order?
Orders placed between 12:01 a.m. and 4 p.m. EST Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped out the same day. If you place an order after 4 p.m. M-F the order will ship the next morning. If you place an order over the weekend (Friday after 4 p.m. through Monday at 10 a.m.) your order will be processed and shipped Monday morning before 12:00 p.m. Each order is reviewed by a representative and allocated, if there are any backordered items or discontinued items your order will be placed on hold until a replacement is made either by you or by our team member. If an order is fully allocated and shipped the same day it could be anywhere from 2-7 days shipment time in the continental United States.
♦ How does the payment processing work?
When you place an order with a credit card on our site, the order places an 'Authorization' to hold the funds in the amount of your order on the card you selected. Once this order is shipped and contains a tracking number, the 'Authorization' is then ticketed to complete the sale. We will only complete the sale in the amount totaling the shipped items, which means if your item shipped without an item you ordered due to backorder or unavailability, the final charge would be less. In some cases, the card may be charged initially for the full amount, and then a refund for the amount of the initial item would be processed immediately. When you place an order with PayPal the tracking number will be updated in your paypal account within 48 hours of shipment. If you place an order with a Money Order or Cashiers Check your order will be held for three business days and then shipped accordingly.
♦ What do I do when I get my package?
When you get your package it is important for you to inspect the item(s) to ensure that they work before you use them. If you use them and try to return them you will not get credit back, they will be discarded. See our Returns section for instructions on returning or exchanging items. Before sending ANYTHING back to us you need to obtain an RMA, and we will provide a return location address.
♦ Why are some items on the site listed as available but when I order the item it is on backorder or discontinued?
TheirToys.com is a leader in hard to find quality adult novelty products. Often we get items that have very low stock and we provide customers with products that they cannot get from anywhere else. Due to the nature of issues with stocking such products, it is possible to order something that has just gone out of stock or has recently become unavailable. Every order will be checked upon processing to ensure that all items are available, and if there is an item or items that have become out of stock or discontinued you will be notified by email. Unfortunately, spam blockers often catch these emails due to the content, product names, or other issues, so if you have not received an email stating that your product has shipped within 3 days, please contact us or check your spam inbox.
