If you have trouble sleeping, change your routine in the bedroom.
1) Leave the bedroom as soon as you possibly can after waking up.
2) do not spend time in there or sit on your bed during the day
3) only go to the room when it is time to sleep and
4) go to bed (ready for sleep) as soon as your enter the bedroom
Overtime, you body will automatically associate the room with sleeping time and your will begin to shutdown.
PS. If you’re in a dorm or one-room situation, never sit/lay or your bed until it is time to go to sleep.

There was a video that explained that if you but a regular laser pointer open it up and burned chip#3 it will disable the gain filter, and the laser beam will burn. Also batteries will drain faster…
the looking into the sun to sneeze trick only works for white people… asians are immune as their sinus is protected more.

The light sensitive sneezeing is inherited. It happens to me when I see a bright light. It also happens to my grandfather.
People that have it, know it! becasue it can be annoying and enjoyable at the same time. It doesn’t happen to everyone and doesn’t happen everytime.
Actually it only works for some % of the population. I think like 30%. Your “visual nerves” have to lie close to your “sneeze reflex” for the signals to get crossed.
The sunlight thing isnt based on race, its a nerve reaction. Basically when you look into the sun your nerves are frazzled for a second and they send signals all over, one of which could hit the nerve that controls sneezing. Its the reason why some people sneeze when they come out of movie theaters.
supposedly putting your finger on your tongue will stop ANY yawn at that exact moment. dunno why it’s useful, but i haven’t tried it yet.
it works as a protection.. when something is touching your tongue, it could get inhaled and stuck when yawning.

@ #3 in free stuff hacks, as far as i know, in california, it is illegal to charge for air at the gas station. if u put the quarters in the machine, you are choosing to pay. if u ask the attendant politely at any gas station, they will turn the air on for you from their counter for free.
@11: Actually in CA, it’s only required to be free if you pay for gas. If you’re just there to use the machine, they don’t have to to turn it on.

If you wanna try, if you put a plate with a potatoe and you cover it with a plastic bowl (a tupperware for example) at Max power during 10 minutes (an average potatoe) it boils like it has been in an oven or water, but easier and faster. Also if you throw it quickly after it ends into really cold water, you will peeal it faster and with your own hands. I promise it’s true.

Nobody is idiot. To verify this kind of “hack”, open the document with a hex editor. Then, search on FILEXT.COM the HEADER of the archive. The professor should know this.
